Bulgaria closes its airspace to Russian flights!

The Bulgarian Minister of Transport said that this decision is a result of the escalation of the military conflict and a sign of solidarity with Ukraine.
Britain also expanded the flight ban decision it took yesterday and included Russian private jets in the ban.

Transport Minister Grant Shapps used the following statements in his post on Twitter:

"(Russian President Vladimir) Putin's actions are illegal and anyone taking advantage of Russia's aggression in Ukraine is not welcome here. I have extended our ban so that no Russian private jet can fly or land in UK airspace. (Decision) Effective from now on. "

Britain announced yesterday that it will impose sanctions on the largest Russian airline company Aeroflot for Russia's attack on Ukraine.

After the said decision, the Russian Federal Air Transport Agency also stated that the British aviation authorities took "unfriendly" decisions towards Russian aircraft and said, "As of February 25, aircraft owned by the UK, registered in the UK or leased by someone affiliated with the UK, will be transferred to Russian airspace. They are prohibited from entering." had used the phrase.
