Airbus delivered 142 aircraft to China in 2021

Airbus announced that they delivered a total of 142 commercial commercial aircraft to the Chinese market in 2021.
Thus, China maintained its position as Airbus's largest market in the world. Deliveries to this country accounted for 23 percent of Airbus' total sales in 2021 as well.

On the other hand, the number of Airbuses delivered to China in 2021 increased by 40 percent compared to 2020. Of the 142 commercial aircraft China bought in 2021, 130 are narrow-body, single-aisle; 12 of them are wide-body aircraft. As of the end of last year, there were approximately 2,100 Airbuses among commercial aircraft in service in the Chinese civil aviation market. Meanwhile, more than 330 Airbus helicopters are in service in the Chinese market.
