Pratt & Whitney Turkish Technic Aircraft Engine Maintenance Center, LLP.
Pratt & Whitney's Turkish Engine Center is a joint venture between Pratt & Whitney and Turkish Technic for CFM56® and V2500® engine overhaul and repair. Established in 2009, the facility, which is located at Istanbul’s Sabiha Gökçen Airport, services Turkish Airlines’ fleet and third party customers.
• CFM56-3, -5C, -7B and V2500-A5 engine maintenance services
• Began operations January 2010
• Capacity of up to 300 engines annually
• 23,000 square meter facility
• More than 200 employees
• On-site test cell planned for 2012
