Turkish Airlines and Azerbaijan Airlines Signed Codeshare Agreement

Azerbaijan Airlines and Turkish Airlines fly between Turkey and Azerbaijan signed a Code Sharing Agreement, effective as of March 29, with all points.

Etihad Airways eyes Nicole Kidman ad campaign boost

AUSTRALIAN actress Nicole Kidman is the new face of Etihad Airways in a new multimillion-dollar global campaign created by M & C Saatchi Australia and featuring an evocative musical score written and recorded in Sydney.
The airline’s ‘Flying Reimagined’ brand campaign premiered last night in Abu Dhabi at an event attended by Kidman, media and other guests and is due to roll out in Australia from today.
Kidman is both star and narrator of the advertisement, which will be shown globally on television and social media in both 60 and 30 second formats, with still versions of the campaign appearing in print, digital and on outdoor channels.
It was shot on board the airline’s new flagship Airbus A380, which is due to start flying to Sydney in June, and in a number of locations around the world. These included various landmarks in Abu Dhabi and includes a digitally created scene of Kidman in the interior of the soon to be opened Louvre Abu Dhabi as well as scenes at landmarks in Marseilles, France.

Boeing CEO McNerney got $29M compensation last year

CEO Jim McNerney’s total compensation last year jumped 24% Y/Y to nearly $28.9M, including more than $14M in bonuses, according to an SEC filing. Boeing says it exceeded the internal financial targets used to set executive incentives, even though its share price fell nearly 5% last year. The bulk of McNerney’s increased compensation was in the form of a higher pension value, with stock and option awards broadly flat compared with 2013. Separately, Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT) discloses that CEO Marillyn Hewson’s total compensation rose 34% to $33.7M following her second year in charge of the company.
