The GCC team will be handling customers’ ticketing matters as well as after-sales and special assistance services in English and Chinese, 24/7. They will also assist and facilitate passengers’ online booking experience. Through the centre we hope to deliver a signature CX experience whenever our direct passengers interact with us.
