Lounges are located at Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Cairns, Canberra, Mackay and Gold Coast airports, and are open 45 minutes before the first departure of the day until the last flight is called for boarding.

Our recently renovated Melbourne lounge also features an Espresso Bar and a Wine Bar which are popular among business and leisure travellers alike.

Velocity Platinum members flying on Virgin Australia domestic services receive complimentary access before their flight with up to three guests. Velocity Gold members and Business Class guests also receive complimentary access and can be accompanied by one guest.
Silver members enjoy two single entry lounge passes which are valid for twelve months, while annual membership and single entry passes are available for purchase.
We’re very proud that we were the first Australian airline to offer our guests curbside entry to a lounge. Sydney lounge Premium Entry and Premium Valet is available to Platinum and Gold members and Business Class guests. All Virgin Australia guests can access Premium Valet at Melbourne and Brisbane airports.
