In Turkish Airlines, which have had a difficult time due to the coronavirus, the pandemic's bill continues to be charged to the workers.

A new worker slaughter is at the door of Türk Hava Yolları Teknik A.Ş.

According to the allegation, the company demanded that at least 40 percent of Turkish Airlines Technical Personnel be taken on unpaid leave on a one-month basis, in the negotiations with Öz-Çelik İş Union.

Thousands of personnel, who have experienced a serious decrease in their salaries and are being asked to be subject to compulsory unpaid leave, are experiencing uneasiness due to the situation.

As it will be remembered, many employees who did not sign the wage cut imposed by THY Management decided to resign. Some managers, including Flight Operations Solutions Manager Murat Gökten, Digital Business Development Manager Şeyda Tartar, and nearly 100 employees recently submitted their resignation.

The fact that a significant portion of the resignations occurred in the Information Technologies Department (IT), one of THY's most critical departments, is considered a major loss in terms of digital infrastructure.
