HTC is Google now Completely

HTC, one of the key players in the smartphone market for some time, has recently been compelled to compete with Apple and Samsung.

At the beginning of 2018, Google is waiting for the deal to be passed on. This requires obtaining the permission of regulatory agencies.

Transactions in the HTC stocks on the Taiwan Stock Exchange were stopped on Thursday.

With this move, Google is expected to increase its hardware capacity.

They worked together for Pixel phones
Rick Osterloh, senior vice president of the company's Rick Osterloh, on Google's blog, "Google's hardware part is still in the development phase, with HTC employees who will be our colleagues in the future, so far we've worked together on Pixel phones."

According to HTC, nearly 2,000 people will join Google, which is half of employees in the smartphone research and development division.

HTC produced Google Pixel and Pixel XL phones that hit the market last year. The new models of the phones will be released to the market next month.
