Our template will give you a resume that will help you stand out from the competition !
Template Formatting
On the next page is a resume template designed using tables. Helpful hints are provided in italics which you should remove. Type over the examples we have provide of aviation related employment history etc.
Send your resume to us in Word format only. Build your resume keeping the text in the table boxes. The table lines are not shown when printed or when we send your resume to the employers/hiring managers.
Add your own career history. All information in your resume is verified by the recruitment manager via personal interviews and reference checking. 
Keep the fonts at Aerial 12 for text and Aerial 14 Bold for main headings. Keep to one type of dot point. Keep to the specific headings and keep it neat and formatted. Dont forget to spell check.

What Employers look for:
A well written aviation specific resume is the single most important factor in getting the job you want. Employers want to know where you previously worked, your experience and capabilities.
Employers are looking for someone who will go the extra mile. So why not do so with your resume.
Hiring managers want to see a resume full of facts on your aviation employment history. Primary information includes education and training, aircraft types worked on, responsibilities and key tasks and related training courses. Secondary information includes skills and a list of significant achievements.
Attract attention to your experience. Make important information stand out by using bullet points. Bullet points will catch the eye long enough to read over those points. This allows the potential employer to view your accomplishments at a glance.
The hiring manager will use this information to visualise how you will fit into the organisational culture and how you will operate safely within the companies operations.
