US e-commerce giant Amazon announced that it would employ more than 2 thousand people in New York state.
In a statement from Amazon, it was announced that the company would provide 2,250 new jobs in the distribution and customer service center, which is planned to be located in Staten Island, New York.
In addition, the statement emphasized that the center, which is considered to be the financial center of the United States and serves the New York metropolitan area of 8.5 million people, will be built around 80,000 square meters and equipped with robotic equipment at high technology level.
