An UNIVERSITY of Sydney researcher has won an international maths challenge for a process that allows computer information to be more easily loaded into an unmanned aerial vehicle autopilot. Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies PhD candidate Daniel Wilson is investigating ways to allow multiple UAVs to fly in close formation and, ultimately, to dock.
