Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG was unveiled today as the new name for Tognum. The new title comes with the endorsement 'A Rolls-Royce and Daimler Company' to reflect ownership by the holding company formed by the Rolls-Royce and Daimler joint venture: http://lnkd.in/dUYegmc
