REDUCED travel during the Muslim observance of Ramadan did not harm Etihad Airway's strong growth, the Middle Eastern carrier last night revealing total revenue rose 11 per cent to $US1.4 billion ($1.5bn) in the third quarter of 2013 from the previous corresponding period.
